These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LankaFace website and services. By accessing or using https://lankaface.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
ABOUT LANKAFACE
LankaFace is an online shopping marketplace operating in Sri Lanka, connecting buyers with sellers across multiple product categories.
ELIGIBILITY TO USE
You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. LankaFace is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, slight variations may occur due to supplier updates, packaging changes, or display differences. LankaFace reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Payments must be completed using the payment methods available on the website. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
ORDER WEIGHT LIMIT
The maximum allowable weight for a single order is 40 kilograms (40kg).
If your cart exceeds 40kg, you must place multiple separate orders. LankaFace reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders that exceed this limit.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight (per kilogram) and the delivery location.
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
LankaFace is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
CASH ON DELIVERY AND FAILED DELIVERIES
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must be available to receive the package. Repeated failed deliveries may result in account restrictions or suspension of COD services.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Certain items, including perishables, groceries, fruits, vegetables, and personal care products, may not be eligible for return.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
LankaFace operates as a marketplace platform. Sellers are responsible for product quality, accuracy, warranties, and compliance with applicable Sri Lankan laws.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
